For vending show purchases, present your Teacher ID and driver’s license, at checkout. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Physical Product, That’s My Robot LLC’s return policy allows you to return the Product purchased by you directly from That’s My Robot LLC after obtaining a That’s My Robot LLC return material authorization (“RMA”) or support number during the 30-day period following the date of shipment by That’s My Robot LLC.
The buyer should contact That’s My Robot LLC prior to the return of any products(s) under warranty or for repair to obtain an RMA/Support number that will be used to track the product.
All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product. A $20.00 open box fee will be assessed on any opened Product, and damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. The RMA/Support number must be included with the returned Product.

The Product must be received by That’s My Robot LLC within 10 business days after issuance of the RMA/Support number.Returns on damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ merchandise will not be accepted.
